Wire Flattening From the round wire.

Wire transferring to make the galvanized wireband.

Make wireband for all kinds of fine wire staples.

Using hydraulic press machine to get the finished fine wire staples.

 Every delivery of wire has to inspect and the results must be record:

· Wire Size;

· Tensile Strength;

· Zinc/copper coating thickness.

Every delivery of packaging has to inspect and the results must be record:

· Box and Carton design and cardborad should meet customer's specific requirements;

· Label design/size/ sticking position should meet customer's specific requirements;

2. Inspection of Production Process.

  Inspection gauge per goods;

· Caliper gauge;

· Every products should be according to customer's drawings;

· To check the staple or brad nails point( Centre and Pointed):

· To check the shearing forth of the fastener, should be have a balanced shearing forth value,

· can't too loose,can't too strong

3. Inspection before shippment.

· Pallet packing schema should according to customer's requirements;

· Package design and damage should be right;

· Pallet Transpot packaging should be strong;

· Tools testing.

Shipping:

Before shipment,we will stack the pallet in a good way,use the paper corner protector to

avoid thedamage of the goods;and use th PP band horizontally and vertically to protect the

cartons:
